A tribute to the Mediterranean, Italy and the cinema, Paradiso Nicole et Pierre deploys its gourmet and warm atmosphere, from the Majestic to the Croisette. With its large terrace on three levels and its sunny decoration imagined by the Italian architectural firm Vudafieri-Saverino Partners, the restaurant will quickly become a staple of Cannes gastronomy.

At the helm, Nicole Rubi and Pierre Gagnaire offer dishes inspired by Mediterranean, Nice and Italian specialties. The two Chefs, whose friendship was born at the Majestic, enchant and reinvent local flavors, in fresh, light or gourmet dishes, respectful of seasonal products and drawing among the essentials of the Mediterranean. Vitello Tonato, Eggplant caviar with colatura, Gambero Rosso, Gnocchi Salpicon of lobster and Fennel sea bass follow one another on the tables, before finishing with a delicious sweet touch with a Frosted Lemon of Amalfi or a Baba with rum and Salads of 'citrus. On the wine side, the menu offers a wide choice, oscillating between local nuggets and treasures of Italy, small producers and prestigious Houses. We travel from a Sicilian white wine from Domaine Ottin Petite Arvine, in the Aosta Valley, to a powerful Sicilian white from the Elios estate or a mythical Super Tuscan from Bolgheri, from the San Guido estate. To accompany the meals, live musicians will be present every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, and a DJ every evening. With its warm and comfortable lighting, its green terrace and its soft musical atmosphere, Paradiso Nicole et Pierre is friendly, fun and delicious.

The Milanese architects and decorators Tiziano Vudafieri and Claudio Saverino have mainly worked on the world of luxury boutiques (Emilio Pucci, Tod's, Roger Vivier, Buccellati). Passionate about cooking, they have also imagined several restaurant concepts and have opened, with friends, references such as the Dry Milano, with a chic and raw design. For Paradiso Nicole and Pierre, they imagined an elegant and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, in the interior room as well as on the terrace and along the swimming pool of the Majestic. The green of olive leaves, caper and sage, the yellow and orange of citrus fruits and the beige of stone mingle with ceramic tiles, rattan, Sicilian stone, brass, velvet and the silk. The orange chandeliers, in recycled plastic were designed and manufactured exclusively for the restaurant. On the wall, a wallpaper reproducing the map of the Mediterranean and the films that have been shot there, recalls the deep link that exists between Le Majestic and cinema.
