Watch Céline Boutier's highlights on video during the HSBC Women's World Championship. Too bad for the Frenchwoman who missed her 7th title by a hair during the HSBC Women's World Championship, the first big meeting of the season. It was the Australian Hannah Green who finally lifted the trophy and signed her fourth victory on the LPGA Tour.

The Frenchwoman has long been in the running for another victory on the LPGA and a potential world number 1 place in Singapore. Leader after two laps, Boutier remained in the leading groups for Sunday despite a checkered moving day. With 100% greens in regulation and a score of 67 (-5), the Ile-de-France resident had little to complain about. Installed as leader in the clubhouse, she was finally overtaken in the money time by the Australian Hannah Green, author of three birdies on her last three holes.

Céline Boutier therefore finished second in this HSBC Women's World Championship, a very good result to launch into this new season. This second place will also bring her closer to first place in the world, currently occupied by Lilia Vu. The American did not score any points this week, having retired after three rounds.
