It was with the arrival of spring that “Getty Images Gallery” in London decided to present a selection of images by the American photographer, Slim Aarons, in his latest exhibition “Slim's Riviera”.

A collection of photos representing the luxury and frivolity of a generation staying on the Côte d'Azur in the years 1957-1975. European and American customers considering the Côte d'Azur as "their home away from home".

This remarkable exhibition will be set up on the Côte d'Azur, more precisely at the Château Saint-Martin & Spa in Vence, from the month of May and for the entire 2014 season. It is in this very place that Slim Aarons immortalized the Château Saint-Martin & Spa, during its visit in 1986. A series of unique photos that plunge us back into the sweetness of the time.

A second exhibition will be held during the same period at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes (Affiliated hotel of Château Saint-Martin & Spa belonging to the Oetker Collection) bringing together a series of 26 remarkable photos taken by Slim Aarons within of the establishment between 1969 and 1978.

A real nod to the talent of Slim Aarons that the Château Saint-Martin & Spa and the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc with the collaboration of “Getty Images Gallery”, allow you to discover through these two original exhibitions.
