This year, the LeClub Golf network has created two labels which partner golf courses can claim. The goal? Highlight the best golf experiences experienced by LeClub members. Among their French partners, 14 have obtained the double label. Among them, the Saint-Malo Golf Resort, an establishment with two courses, a 27-hole and a 9-hole course, a restaurant and a 4-star hotel.

Emotion and Reference

Those who decide whether an establishment is worthy of the label "Emotion", these are LeClub Golf member customers. They assign a score based on their answer to the question: "How likely are you to recommend golf to a golfing friend". This must reach 9/10 and the golf course must have at least 30 reviews to receive this first label.

The second, “Reference”, is given to establishments recognized for their quality of service. LeClub Golf has established 100 criteria that the establishment must meet and plans visits from mystery shoppers. François Mourocq, director of the Saint-Malo Golf Resort is proud of his establishment, ranked in the top 3 Reference golf courses partners of LeClub Golf.

The golf hotel, ideally located between the Bay of Saint-Malo and the Emerald Coast, also has a close link with the Thalasso of the Grand Hôtel des Thermes. According to François Mourocq, his golfing clients "are very demanding for the care and relaxation services" of this establishment. A relationship that undoubtedly weighs in the balance of the customer experience.

One of the best French courses

Ranked among the best French courses, the Saint-Malo Golf Resort does not stop at the two LeClub Golf labels. Director François Mourocq sees things on a grand scale for the establishment's 35th anniversary. With in particular the organization of the first Pro-Am of the Saint-Malo Golf Resort, on Saturday 02 and Sunday 03 July. “The Saturday evening will be open to everyone, members and outsiders who love the club. A concert and magnificent fireworks will enliven it around a buffet dinner prepared by our chef Daniel Leguenan and his teams ». On Sunday, place for the competition in scramble at 4, also open to all.

On the side of the rewards, the hotel-golf awaits "eagerly" the validation of his request for their title of Maître Restaurateur. For 2022, the Saint-Malo Golf Resort wants to bet on short circuits. “Eating healthy and healthy: it is also a vision of well-being. » explains Mr. Mourocq. Another novelty: a new greenkeeper, Jérémy Guyot, there to watch over the environment and the biodiversity of the 100 hectares of the golf course. “We are starting the process to obtain the Label for Biodiversity (Silver Level). »

Finally, in 2022, the activity of Christian Cévaër's Training Center will focus on the short game (his specialty), with the support of Cleveland, the n°1 in wedging. Trainees will be able to take advantage of the reworked short game areas and the new bunkers created. A natural grass tee line will be specifically dedicated to wedging and “other technological innovations will be unveiled soon” announces the director.
