Céline Boutier and Perrine Delacour have gotten rid of the group stages in Las Vegas and are heading towards the knockout matches of the Bank of Hope LPGA Match-Play. The two tricolors both won their match on Friday, Céline Boutier winning 5&3 and Perrine Delacour winning 3&2. They will respectively face Angel Yin (USA) and Leona Maguire (IRL).

The LPGA Tour is played this week in match play at the Bank of Hope LPGA Match-Play in Las Vegas. After three pool matches, the best players will go to the knockout matches where our two French representatives are involved in the event.

Céline Boutier, previously undefeated, was opposed to Paula Reto (AFS) in this third match. The French number 1 won easily in this last pool match with a 5&3 victory over the South African. She finishes with three victories and will face Angel Yin (USA) in the round of 16. Céline Boutier is part of a group of six players who have won all of their group matches. 11th in the world, Céline Boutier is now the best ranked in the Rolex Rankings of the last sixteen pursuers.

Perrine Delacour opposed to the American Caroline Inglis for this last match of the group stages, won 3&2. She finished with a record of two wins and one loss. Thanks to this victory, Perrine Delacour gets her ticket for the knockout matches. She will face Irish Leona Maguire in the round of 8.

Lilia Vu, despite a victory in her last match and a total of two wins for one defeat, is eliminated from the event. The fourth player in the world lost to Switzerland's Albane Valenzuela, who finished first in her group.
