A cuisine close to nature

Far from extravagant cuisine, Guillaume Maurice combines terroir and simplicity in his gourmet restaurant Le Mas des Vignes. His credo: healthy and seasonal. The chef works closely with the neighboring AMAP of Les Olivades, favoring short circuits and organic products. The home-grown vegetable garden, within the resort grounds, produces 34 varieties of tomatoes and the honey comes straight from the beehives on the Dolce Frégate Provence golf course. For golfers, the clubhouse brasserie is a must for lunch and the La Plazza bar located on the hotel terrace overlooking the golf course is perfect for an aperitif.

Swing in peace

The Dolce Frégate Provence golf course, among the most beautiful in Europe with its panoramic views of the Mediterranean, was created by Ronald Fream in 1992. To each his own: the 9-hole Frégalon, perfect for beginners, or the Frégate 18 holes, more technical.

The portable application "Golf Frégate", launched in 2017, shows all the news and novelties. Internships and golf lessons are taught by professionals from the French Golf School, known for its MRP learning method based on the latest scientific discoveries.
