The Kinloch Club will open its doors in October 2015. For nature and golf lovers, the famous American champion Jack Nicklaus has created an 18-hole course. Kinloch Golf Club has been voted the best golf course in New Zealand by a team of professionals in the field.

“Having already practiced on the Kinloch green, I can guarantee that it is the number 1 club in New Zealand. Kinloch competes with the best golf courses in Scotland and the world. Just as playing alongside Jack Nicklaus, always on top form, remains an unforgettable experience! ", explains New Zealand golfer Sir Bob Charles.

The Lodge also offers amazing Junior Suites and luxurious single and double rooms in exclusive villas overlooking the golf course to Lake Taupo, offering a picturesque natural landscape of the North Island of New Zealand.

The harmonious villas were designed by Andrew Patterson, arguably the best known and renowned
architect from New Zealand.

The interiors were designed by Virginia Fisher. The New Zealand decorator specialist in Lodges has created large spaces with huge central fireplaces, details and worked materials, furnished terraces and sensational marble bathrooms.

“I was inspired by the Kinloch region and the Scottish castles, while wanting to keep a modern side. I had a vision of bourgeois interiors with lush velvet fabrics, fox furs, and materials like brass or copper in an airy and refined style. Cowhide and stone, goat fur, and wooden surfaces form an intense harmony. For private meetings or dinners, the lounge offers a warm and royal atmosphere. The floors are covered with slate and lined with New Zealand wool rugs. A few places from the Lodge are the luxurious villas with a more sober design, in harmony with the nature and the surrounding landscape of the golf courses », comments Virgina Fisher.

The philosophy of the high-end restaurant is to offer New Zealand wines and fresh, 100% natural products, mostly from the 2000 hectares of cultivable land on the estate. In addition to the renowned Golf Club, the complex offers a quality lodge with villas and suites, a spa specializing in sports therapy, 100% natural treatments and well-being, a superb infinity pool, a gym and several tennis court. The Lodge has an unrivaled choice of services such as the organization of weddings, conferences and private golf tournaments.

The Kinloch Club is the perfect place to discover the incredible diversity of New Zealand, from water sports (jet skiing on the lake), to winter sports at Tongariro Park. The fishing seasons offer unique experiences, and guests can also participate in hunting trips. They can also walk and take long walks in the heart of the Maori lands which offer an unprecedented heritage.
