After two rounds of golf in New Jersey at the Mizuho Americas Open, Minjee Lee (AUS) and Cheyenne Knight (USA) share the lead on the leaderboard at -7. They are followed by Lydia Ko (NZL) at -6 and by a group of five players at -5, including world number 1 Jin Young Ko. On the blue side, only Perrine Delacour will play this weekend: she is 39th at +1 . Céline Boutier and Pauline Roussin-Bouchard miss the Cut.

The LPGA Tour players are playing this week at the Liberty National Golf Course in New Jersey and after two rounds, Minjee Lee (AUS) and Cheyenne Knight (USA) are the leaders of the Mizuho Americas Open. Minjee Lee ignited the course this Friday with a superb card of 64 (-8)! With their total of -7, they are one step ahead of New Zealander Lydia Ko. The double major winner is in the game before the weekend with her two cards of 69 (-3).

Then comes a group of five players in ambush two shots behind the leaders. We find in this group world number 1 Jin Young Ko who chained the birdies on this second round. After a tournament opener in 73 (+1), the Korean putter heats up with eight birdies in for two bogeys and listen carefully: 23 putts in her second round! She scores 66 (-6) and returns to the race.

On the blue side, only Perrine Delacour will be present this weekend. After a good first lap in 70 (-2), Delacour lost a few places with a 75 (+3). She is 39th at +1, eight strokes behind Minjee Lee and Cheyenne Knight.

Difficult week for Céline Boutier and Pauline Roussin-Bouchard. Céline Boutier ends her second round with two double bogeys on her last four holes. She misses the Cut by two hits with a total of +4. Black day for Pauline Roussin-Bouchard this Friday. After her 75 (+3) in the first round, the young Frenchwoman returns a card of 84 (+12).
