The French Golf Federation is at the dawn of great challenges. The return of golf to the Olympic Games in 2016 in Rio (Brazil), the hosting of the Ryder Cup in 2018 at the Golf National (Saint-Quentin en Yvelines) and the emergence of professional players at the highest international level are unique opportunities to give the development of this sport a tremendous boost.

An arrival which delighted Jean Lou Charon, President of the federation: “I am very happy to welcome MAIF among our economic partners. A new major player has chosen to support us in our action to encourage the practice of golf. For me, this is a sign of our attractiveness and our dynamism ”.

The MAIF will support in particular the development of school golf considered by the FFGolf as an important lever for raising young people's awareness of the pleasures of the little white ball. The insurer will also get involved in helping the Federation for the strategic deployment of its new community services integrated into the licensee area of the FFGolf website.

MAIF, as a partner of the French amateur Handigolf team, will also be involved in communication actions around Handigolf. Finally, the MAIF will be present in the dedicated health section on the FFGolf website by relaying the discourse promoting the benefits of golf.
