The Majestic Hotel & Spa has created a new “eclairs menu” inspired by the standalone-winter 2015 collections of five major international fashion brands: Bulgari, Jimmy Choo, Salvatore Ferragamo, Brunello Cucinelli and Rosa Clará. After the first success of the spring-summer fashion menu, the hotel and its team of pastry chefs have reinvented these five flagship desserts exclusively for customers of the Bar du Majestic.

Serpenti by Bulgari is a creamy explosion of candied lemon that citrus lovers will appreciate. Daisy by Jimmy Choo is a reinterpretation of caramel popcorn. For cocoa lovers, Fiamma by Salvatore Ferragamo will delight their taste buds with a mixture of Guanaja creamy chocolate and raspberry coulis. Sorriso di Solomeo by Brunello Cucinelli captures the essence of the autonomous with a flash of blackcurrant jam and candied chestnuts. As for Rosa by Rosa Clará, it is a foam of rose and raspberry jam.

You can enjoy the Majestic Champagne Fashion Tea every day from 16 p.m. to 19 p.m. at the Majestic Bar, where fashion and gastronomy have merged to offer a unique menu.

Two menu options are available to you: a delicious flash of the fashion menu accompanied by a homemade plum cake and a hot drink for € 16. For the greediest we can add a glass of Ruinart champagne and a macaron for € 31.
