An unprecedented national competition to restore breakfast to nobility

In its desire to promote the know-how of hoteliers and restaurateurs, and aware of new customer expectations, Tables & Auberges de France has created the Gourmet Breakfast Trophy in partnership with Hôtels de Charme & de Caractère. This unique competition will allow 2 categories, professionals (hotels, restaurants and catering) on ​​the one hand, and amateurs on the other hand, to present the best breakfast in France.

Everyone can participate: professionals and the general public

From now on, professionals and amateurs can apply by requesting the competition rules from Marie SAUCE BOURREAU (sauce.marie@gmail.com). The submission of complete application files is set for midnight March 31, 2017. The final of the 1st edition of the Gourmet Breakfast Trophy will take place Monday June 26, 2017 in the premises of FERRANDI Paris under the watchful eye of a prestigious jury, made up of known and recognized professionals, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Michelin-starred chefs, specialized journalists…
