Hanno Kross, General Manager of the Estonian Golf & Country Club, said: “I first met Annika in 2011 to discuss the design of our second course and she immediately understood and adhered to our vision, to further develop the Estonian Golf & Country Club around an international tourist resort, oriented towards the family and including a training center for young players, a contemporary vision adapted to the needs of a modern golf resort. "

“When I showed the photos of the site overlooking the Gulf of Finland and the Jägala River Delta, it reminded her where she grew up and I think she immediately felt comfortable with this project. "

The new 18-hole course will replace the existing 9-hole course and will complement the Sea Course championship course, which in 2011 hosted the European qualifier for the Omega Mission Hills World Cup, the final was held in China at a ski resort. 'exception also having a course designed by ANNIKA ®.

"It is very exciting to be designing my first golf course in Europe, especially so close to home" Annika said.

The golf industry has talked a lot about the need to develop golf facilities that are more flexible and more family friendly, it is the future trend. "

“My goal is to offer all golfers, whatever their level of play, an intense golfing experience on a world-class course. "
