Women's British Open: Imperial Ariya Jutanugarn, Icher 25th!
The young Thai Ariya Jutanugarn won the Women's British Open by winning the first Major title of her career as well as a fourth victory this season! Karine Icher finished 25th.
Ariya Jutanugarn takes the Ricoh Women's British Open in Woburn with a -16 card, finishing three strokes ahead of her rivals, Ariya Jutanugarn has shattered all illusions among her pursuers, Mirim Lee and Mo Martin (-13), to hope for something other than a second place. After a big start this season, a series of three victories started in May and this first Major title, the young Thai girl aged only 20 confirms all her talent.
