Céline Boutier resumes her good habits. After two top 10s during the first two tournaments of the season on the LPGA circuit, marred by a failed cut last week at the Vic Open, the French n ° 1 is back at the top of the leaderboards. Thanks to a card of 69 devoid of any bogey on the par 73 of Royal Adelaide, the native of Clamart finds herself four shots behind the leaders, Inbee Park and Jodi Ewart Shadoff. Nice performance also for Perrine Delacour, currently 4e after making a 70 card much more eventful: 4 bogeys, but also 5 birdies and an eagle!

Victorious 19 times on the LPGA Tour, Inbee Park took advantage of the 2e turn to join Jodi Ewart at the head of the tournament. “My putting was consistent, just like yesterday. I hope that will be the case also this weekend ”, confided the South Korean after her career. Some of the headliners who played over par on both rounds and did not pass the cut included ex-world No.1 Lydia Ko (+1), five-time Women's Australian Open winner Karrie Webb (+2), as well as the legendary Laura Davies (+17), victorious twice here.
