This Friday, the second round of the 3rd edition of the Vaudreuil Golf Challenge took place, which once again gave us a superb show. 70 players, including 14 French, passed the cut and therefore won the right to compete this weekend for a final sprint which promises to be grandiose.

In still optimal weather conditions, the players once again displayed an exceptional level of play this Friday at Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil. Under these conditions, no faux pas will be allowed to claim victory. This is what the New Zealander, Ryan FOX, is doing for the moment. Already leader the day before, the 49th of the British Open, remains at the top of the leaderboard thanks to a score of the day of 67 for a (-13) total. Despite two bogeys on holes 6 and 8, the 201st player in the world was able to stay focused to finish with 6 birdies.

However, to keep his leadership Ryan FOX will have to face fierce competition. A Top 10 with the lowest score (-8), this reflects the incredible level of play this week. Among the fine performances of the day we find the American Connor ARENDELL, the South African Haydn PORTEOUS and the Swedish Steven JEPPESEN, respectively authors of cards of 65, 65 and 63. The American, author of a formidable comeback for a score total of (-12) is hot on the heels of the leader and remains in the race for victory, on the eve of the 3rd lap.

On the French side, David BOBROWSKI and Adrien BERNARDET had a more difficult day than the day before. They both played in par, which still allows them to stay in the race with a total score of (-5). Note also the good comebacks of Cyril BOUNIOL and Anthony GRENIER who joined the Top 20 with respective total scores of (-6) and (-5).
The Frenchman of the day is called, like the day before, Thomas LINARD. With a magnificent card of 64 (-7) and a total score of (-11), he climbs on the podium and confirms his favorite status again this week.
We expect many of you this Saturday to support our French and all these champions who will try, once again, to tame the course of the PGA France Golf du Vaudreuil. Free entry !
