The US Women's Open originally scheduled for June 4-7 has been postponed from Dec.10 to 13 due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, the United States Golf Association (USGA) said in a statement on Friday.

The tournament was scheduled to take place on the Jackrabbit course at the Champions Golf Club in Houston, but will now be played on the Cypress Creek course due to the reduced daylight in December.
