The full list of new star restaurants was revealed yesterday. Chef Johan Thyriot's cuisine was distinguished by obtaining its first star. Arrived in February 2016 at the Cures Marines de Trouville, the chef is proud to now count among the starred chefs in the region.

The Cures Marines establishment compliments its talented chef and all of its team for having listed 1912 as one of the most prestigious gourmet restaurants in France.

This talented chef, who worked with Philippe Labbé as second chef and then with Michel and Sébastien Bras, obtained three stars in the Michelin Guide when he was head of BRAS TOYA in Japan. Thanks to this experience, he developed an author's cuisine based on essentials which explains his overflowing passion for rare herbs and peppers.

Today, Johan prepares emotional cuisine every day, using only local products. The Chef offers with each bite a journey through the four elements - earth, water, air, fire -, and the quintessence of Norman products.
