Céline Boutier and Alexander Lévy were appointed by a jury chaired by Armel Le Cléac'h, skipper and winner of the last Vendée Globe and passionate about the little white ball. The general public also mobilized in numbers for this operation since more than 7 votes were recorded on the event's website, i.e. 000 times more than in 3.

The jury also chose to reward ten other categories. Camille Chevalier and Matthieu Pavon are crowned best female and male prospects. The Trophy of the Female Exploit went to Agathe Laisné. Romain Wattel, for his part, obtained the Trophy of the Male Exploit. Axel Bettan receives the Special Jury Prize and Benoît Ducoulombier the Personality Prize. France Info was also awarded the Communication and Image Trophy. The Chantilly Golf Course was named Club of the Year 2017. The new Pitch & Play Legends Trophy was awarded to Catherine Lacoste 50 years after her victory at the US Open.

Finally, the public was able to vote to elect the player who achieved the Coup of the Year. Four shots had been proposed by the jury. The general public chose to honor Mike Lorenzo-Vera who won this award for the second consecutive year thanks to his magnificent putt in the last round of the HNA Open de France.
