It was on the magnificent Ormesson golf course that the 8^e stage of the 2018 edition of the “On the way to 2018” trophy organized by Open Golf Club. It is with good weather conditions, almost without rain or wind that the 74 players were able to face this beautiful course and enjoy the 4 precision competitions and the Ladies and Gentlemen's drive competitions which embellished this day of sport and conviviality. . Note the presence of Christian Cévaër, the Open Golf Club ambassador, who came to discover this historic course and offer a demonstration of small game and putting to the many participants. Each stage of the En route pour 2018 trophy is also a qualifying competition for a place in the final organized with Christian Cévaër on November 3 and 4 at the Golf National and a place to attend the Ryder Cup which will take place from September 27 to 30 is offered by Open Golf Club at each prize-giving ceremony!

91 gross and net cumulative points, the new 2018 record

Congratulations to the winning teams and in particular to the team of Alexandre Lacoste (index 5,3) and Quentin Price (index 8,3 and former finalist of the 2017 edition) who won the 1^er Net price with 49 points and to the team of Fabrice Kovacic (index 4,7) and Maxime Goillandeau (index 4,9) who wins the 1^er Gross price with 43 points or 7 under par. And it is this same team which wins the qualification for the Final with, in the aggregate of the Gross and the Net, the score of 91 points, 43 in Gross and 48 in Net, that is to say the new record of the 2018 edition but also the absolute record for all editions; Bravo to them 2! And it is in a very friendly atmosphere that the awards ceremony took place at the club house hosted by Alain Vincent, the President of the sports association, Germain Desbois, the new director of golf and Hervé Decléty , representing Open Golf Club. A large audience was present to know the results and hope to win the invitation to the Ryder Cup and the many prizes offered by Open Golf Club and its partners, Novotel, Henriot, Decayeux Paris, Golfathome, Gras Savoye Berger Simon, the Domaine des Remparts , Glenfiddich, Figaro Golf, Golf Magazine, Golf +, Journal du Golf, Fairways and Women's Swing.
