Claude Rousseau, the general manager of the golf course and his team had particularly well prepared for this event with a magnificent course and very interesting flag locations, in particular for the 4 precision competitions; and moreover, the weather conditions were there with a blue sky and very pleasant temperatures. Everything was there for a great day of sport and conviviality. And it was the case !

This stage was also a qualifying event for a place in the final organized on October 21 and 22 at the Golf National which will take place on the Albatros course with the presence of Christian Cévaër and Mélodie Bourdy.

83 gross and net points

Congratulations to the winning teams and in particular, the team of Yoan Martinez and Alexis Galan who won the 1st Net prize with the score of 47 points from Stableford and the team of Charly Bazoge and Baptiste Baas who won the 1st Brut prize with 42 points i.e. 6 under the par!

The team qualified for the Final, namely the 1st team in the aggregate of gross and net scores, with 83 points, 39 in gross and 44 in net, is that of Jean Jacques Dufour (index 6,3) and his son Thomas (index 4,0) but to the detriment of the team of Charly Bazoge and Baptist Baas who had reached the remarkable score of 89 but who, being a minor, could not participate in the Final in Paris, sports regulations oblige!

And it was in a very friendly atmosphere that the awards ceremony was hosted by Claude Rousseau and Hervé Decléty from Open Golf Club. A large audience was present to know the results and hope to win the many gifts offered by Open Golf Club and its partners Novotel, Henriot, Decayeux Paris, Gras Savoye Berger Simon, Le Figaro Golf, Journal du Golf, Golf Magazine, GolfatHome, Glenfiddich and the Domaine des Remparts.

As a reminder, all the people who play one of the eighteen “On the road to 2018” trophies will have the chance to participate in a general draw where 4 Ryder Cup 2018 invitations including one VIP invitation will be offered by Open Golf Club as well as 2 medium-haul Air France tickets. This draw will take place on October 5, 2017.
