It is in his panoramic French restaurant L'Oiseau Blanc that the chef of the restaurant Sidney Redel reinterprets the menus served on the first non-stop flights “Paris - New York”: Petrossian caviar served with Mimosa, salmon “à la Parisienne”, baba au scent of Grand-Marnier… and many other taste treasures! For its part, the terrace bar offers 3 cocktails on the same aeronautical theme: "Aviation", "Bombardier" and "Escale".

As for the most passionate, they will be able to discover a new exhibition of advertising posters dating from the 50s and 60s, highlighting the unique travel experience of the first “Paris - New York” flights offered by the airline Air France.
