The Evian Championship, 5th major in the world women's golf Grand Slam and last of the season, will take place from September 14 to 17, 2017, on the course of the Evian Resort Golf Club.

The 2017 Women's Golf Majors season has just started. The number 1 Thai amateur, University player from UCLA, had already been noticed in 2014 during the Callaway Junior World Championship with an incredible score of 60 (-12), a real feat.

A platform dedicated to young talents

The Evian Championship platform is experiencing a real boom with the creation of new events dedicated to the best international amateur players, planned at the Evian Resort Golf Club from this year but also in 2018. The flagship aspect of the partnership with the AJGA, the creation of 'a new mixed tournament for under 18s. Organized at the Evian Resort Golf Club next October, the Evian Junior Event will form a Team France made up of the 8 best of the event (6 boys, 2 girls). This selection will then have the opportunity to compete in the Evian International & Senior Showcase in Las Vegas and to be spotted by the greatest American university coaches. The Evian Resort Golf Club will also host the Arnold Palmer Cup in July 2018. This will be the 22nd edition of this great confrontation between two mixed university teams, an American against an international.
