TaylorMade Golf is proud to unveil its 2023 Spider lineup, featuring the all-new Spider GTX and Spider GT Max putters. The Spider GTX combines the best features of our iconic Spider Tour and Spider X models while bringing a full range of color options. The Spider GT Max, meanwhile, introduces a new level of tuning and performance to this legendary franchise.

With the Spider GTX, from classic hues like white, silver and black to bold hues like red, ice blue and pink, there's a color option to suit every gamer's style and preference.

Key features of the Spider GTX include proven technologies such as True Path™ alignment, which provides easy and precise alignment on target, and PureRoll for consistent end-to-end roll. It features a deep center of gravity created by a heavy 154g stability bar at the rear of the putter – which equals 45% of the putter's total weight.

The Spider GTX is designed to encourage a stable putting motion while helping the putter face resist twisting at impact. Due to the high mass concentration at the back of the club, this putter ranks among the most forgiving Spider putters of all time with an MOI over 5300. It features a distinctive wing structure, an aesthetic hallmark of the Spider family. The flowing lines and sharp angles come together perfectly to create a visually striking frame that perfectly cradles the golf ball at address.

The Spider GTX will be available for pre-order on January 19 and retail from February 24 for €399.

Standard lengths available are 33″, 34″ and 35″ (some colors and hosel options are only available in certain lengths).

Available in six different colors for the top plate: White, Silver, Black, Red, Ice Blue and Pink.

The Face balanced Armlock offer is available in 40″ and 42″ (Silver only).

MySpider GTX

MySpider GTX is the pinnacle of putter customization, with more options than ever to customize a TaylorMade putter. MySpider GTX is available exclusively on TaylorMadeGolf.com for the price of: 459 EURO.

TaylorMade MySpider GTX

SPIDER GT MAX: A NEW LEVEL OF TUNING

The Spider GT Max features two 40g tungsten sliding weights that can be easily positioned to influence CG, toe hook and face rotation. This design allows us to cover the CG ranges of nearly all previous mallet-style Spiders, while helping to minimize mis-hit tendencies for specific putting strokes.

For players who tend to miss their putts to the left, placing the weights in position 1 (rearmost) slows the rotation of the face. For players who miss to the right, position 3 (most forward) helps close the face faster. If you don't have regular misfires and are looking for versatility, position 2 offers a neutral option. The Spider GT Max is designed to allow golfers to tailor the putter to their stroke and improve accuracy on the greens.

To confirm the theory, the TaylorMade team conducted tests with dozens of golfers to see if the adjustability of the putter translated to changes in performance on the green. We collected data on hundreds of putts, with the weights in different positions, and found a statistical variance in the angle of the face at impact between the front and back weight positions. With the weights in the front, players consistently had a steeper face angle at impact, and vice versa when the weights were in the back.

The Spider GT Max comes in a silver anodized finish with TaylorMade's renowned True Path™ technology. The lightweight, fully machined aluminum body gives the putter a premium look at address with far better durability than painted putter heads. The steel soleplate and sliding tungsten weights are finished with a durable black PVD finish. The Spider GT Max is offered in two hosel configurations (short drop and single bend), allowing golfers to choose offsets and toe hangs to suit their stroke.
