The Tricolor leader on the first day remained solid after 3 laps making a card of 69 (-3) six birdies against three bogeys is therefore still in the race to become the fifth Frenchwoman to win on the Symetra Tour.

China's Ruixin Liu in command at -14 after 3 rounds of the Carlisle Arizona Women's Golf Classic is looking for a fourth title. After posting a 67 (-5) score on Saturday which included five birdies and no bogeys on Saturday, Liu recalled his constant presence.

“My dad has been with me for every Symetra Tour victory,” Liu said. “It's really nice and reassuring to have him here with me and I really trust him.

In 2018, Liu had three wins, which led to her earning her LPGA Tour card for 2019. She notched six wins in 20 appearances as a 2019 LPGA rookie with a best finish of the T11 season at Marathon Classic presented by Dana. Liu lost the status she hoped to retain and returned to the Symetra Tour last season where she won the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship.

Tomorrow, she is looking to channel her experience to win another title.

"I've already done that. I was in this position a few years ago. Whatever happens tomorrow, I think I will remain patient and do my best, ”Liu said. “Today, the start was a bit difficult because my swing was not there. Thank goodness my putter saved me, especially on the 2 hole. I didn't think much about the results today because I played with Olivia and she is a very good player.

Liu will play the final pair tomorrow at the Longbow Golf Club at 10:40 a.m. PT.
