In 2020, La Grande Maison is revisiting its most popular female model, the Reverso One, in a new light. Remarkable - like all Reverso watches - for the strength and purity of its lines imprinted with the Art Deco aesthetic, and characterized by the gadroons with three straight lines drawing the upper and lower part of the case, the new Reverso One brings a touch of sparkling color and modern sophistication to the collection.

The Reverso One wine

With its elongated case, a design inspired by the first Reverso Lady of 1931, and its row of grain-set diamonds that sublimate the gadroons on the upper and lower part of the case, the Reverso One embodies classic femininity with sophisticated accents. Delicately drawn lines define the four corners of the dial, on which the Arabic numerals seem to have been sketched by hand.

This delicately understated 2020 edition is adorned with a bold color, with a flamboyant wine-red dial. Its rich hue is achieved by applying several layers of lacquer to a subtle guilloché and sunburst pattern, all enhanced with white numerals and a polished steel case with a soft shine. For a distinguished finish, the wine color of the shiny alligator strap matches the dial.

Like a white canvas, the solid steel caseback of the Reverso One invites the application of a personalized engraving, with a special message, an important date or even a custom pattern. An unlimited number of possibilities, just like the skills of the designers and engravers of the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre.
