Paltrinieri finished 11 under after three laps at Golf Club St. Leon-Rot in the fifth of 10 events of the Junior version of the Solheim Cup, which takes place at Gleneagles (King's Course) on September 10-11, 2019.

This victory allows her to advance to sixth place in the standings and the last automatic qualifying place, with two other Italians - Caterina Don and Benedetta Moresco - also in the top six, which is very important. The other six players on the team will be selected by captain Mickey Walker after the final qualifying round on August 17.

Lydia Volkmer and Moresco shared second place in Germany, while local prospect Hannah Darling tied for 23rd at home.

The next qualifying event is the Ladies' British Amateur Championship which will take place from 11 to 15 June at the Royal County Down in Northern Ireland.
