A new wind is blowing on Boulevard de Courcelles! The Petrossian Rive droite restaurant is launching a brand new menu, showcasing the great brunch classics:

Benedict eggs with smoked salmon, Scrambled eggs with caviar or Souhoï® salmon (new salmon recipe worked like a Pata Negra, enhancing the egg with its firm texture and very powerful taste)… Eggs make a remarkable entry -and remarkable - à la carte around iodine chords, joining the already cult shell egg with caviar. To accompany essential iodized delicacies from the house, new pastries and other festivities with Slavic accents tinged with Anglo-Saxon influences.

Here, no formula. To accompany these specialties, one draws at will in the flagship recipes of Petrossian to compose his ideal brunch: Blins with salmon eggs, Caesar Salad, Zakouskis or plates composed of smoked specialties.

On the sweet side, we love the comforting homemade pastries (Vatrouchkas, Apple Strudel or Chocolate praline tart…) and the new pies whose flavors change daily (lemon meringue, raspberry, apricot, quetsche or pear), to accompany with teas specially developed for Petrossian, such as Tante Irina Tea with sweet orange, lemon and bergamot.

A chic parenthesis in the world of Petrossian, to live as a journey to the heart of Slavic traditions tinged with Anglo-Saxon influences.

And good news for all impatient, no need to wait until the weekend to enjoy his brunch since the menu is available all week, Monday to Saturday.

As a bonus, the possibility of ordering throughout the day, from 11 am.
