What is the legal basis for the Health Pass obligation?

The obligation to present the Health Pass is not a decision of the ffgolf but the application of decree n ° 2021-955 of July 19, 2021 which extends the Health Pass to sports establishments including outdoor sports, leisure places and culture when they accommodate a number of people at least equal to 50 people. The golf courses which are establishments open to the public of the PA (Plein Air) type are concerned by this decree.

The 50-person tonnage, retained as the only application for the sanitary pass in the public buildings, is determined according to the reception capacity of this establishment and not according to the actual occupancy of the premises. The text of the Ministry of Sports expressly refers to the administrative capacity according to the quality of the ERP.

What are the practical arrangements for controlling the Health Pass?
