Determined to leave a tangible legacy of the Ryder Cup in France and popularize the practice of its discipline in particular among young people, in 2016 the ffgolf launched the large-scale distribution of a multidisciplinary educational booklet, called Mon carnet de Golf, initiated three years earlier by Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, host territory of the Ryder Cup with the DSDEN 78. Objective, to offer teachers, based on the legendary Europe - United States match, an educational project centered around the golf and very far from received ideas. Two thousand six hundred and seventy-four classes of CM1 and CME had adopted it, arousing curiosity for the little white ball of more than 70 students throughout France.

Building on this success and with a view to hosting the golf events of the Paris 2024 Games at the Golf National, the ffgolf, the Académie de Versailles, the DSDEN 78, the Yvelines departmental golf committee, with the support of the Lycée Professionnel Claude-Garamont in Colombes as well as the support of the National Sports Agency and the Organizing Committee for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, worked from the end of 2018 to the realization of a new version of this booklet.

Built this time around the values of Olympism and Paris 2024, the booklet will be intended not only for CM1 and CM2 students but also to 6th year students. It thus covers the entire cycle 3. Another novelty to underline, the accessibility of the practice to people with disabilities and paragolf are widely discussed.

The ffgolf aims to widely distribute this new booklet in schools. Across the country, overseas included, she hopes to put it in the hands of 90 students in 000 classes.

Also available on the Generation 2024 platform, Mon Carnet de Golf en route vers 2024 benefits from the Generation 2024 label from the Organizing Committee of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. very proud.
