The Crécy-la-Chapelle estate, located 50km from Paris and 15km from Disneyland, is an exceptional area that we want to develop in terms of quality and diversity.

It is known for having the first course designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer, a course highly prized by champions and golf enthusiasts, and also, for its exceptional, hilly and wooded setting.

"Our ambition is to go further, that of creating a very beautiful leisure resort, rather than a simple golf course"  underlines Eric Vignot, the new owner.

Indeed, the golf course of Crécy la Chapelle will be the subject of a complete strategic overhaul concerning its positioning, starting with the creation of an international golf academy, notably integrating innovative teaching methods for rapid improvement.

The promotion of the site's assets to private and business clients, its magnificent 17th century farmhouse, its gastronomy, its 29 private apartments, its large swimming pool and its tennis courts make it a particularly remarkable site.

Moreover, part of its 116 hectares will be dedicated to a new activity, the birth of an animal park, which will work for the protection and well-being of species.

An event for the Crécy estate with a strong appeal for families. We will be able to say more in early 2016.

"We are already proud to give new life to the Crécy golf course and to secure local jobs for Seine et Marne" added Eric Vignot.
