The new Vokey SM6 wedges from Titleist raise the level of performance by advancing three aspects of the game with a wedge: distance to the flag, variety of shots and control of effects.

Already installed like the most used models on the Tour, the Vokey SM6 wedges guarantee precise distance control, widen the range of shots, improve the effects and offer a superior feeling thanks to several technological innovations. The new and revolutionary design of the progressive center of gravity (CG) aligns the CG with the impact position of each loft to offer precise distance, trajectory control and exceptional touch. Made using advanced CAD technology, the CG progressive is a technology visible on the back of the wedge.

Imagined by master craftsman Bob Vokey and validated by the five professional circuits, the soles of all versions of the SM6 have been refined thanks to Bob's work with the best players in the world so as to offer all golfers, whatever their level, a greater variety of shots according to their swing, their striking style and the playing conditions.

The five SM6 versions (L, M, S, F, K) are currently used worldwide on all professional circuits. Each version is the fruit of Bob's work in fitting with PGA Tour professionals or amateur players whatever their level and this for more than 20 years.

"These are the best wedges we have ever made", says Bob Vokey. “The engineers have incorporated everything I have learned from professional circuit players on the PGA Tour as well as from amateurs over the past 20 years and all that Aaron Dill (Vokey's representative on the circuit) has stored by being in contact with the competitors every week. They have brought to life these tools whose technology will help golfers in all aspects of their game. The SM6 is truly the ultimate. "

"The detail and precision of the SM6 are simply exceptional"says Aaron Dill. “We took everything into consideration while focusing particularly on the CG. It is a technology visible on the wedge, a technology that circuit players love because it helps them to control their trajectory, to be at their technical peak more regularly and, at the end of the line, to obtain better scores. "

The new TX4 streaks born from the exclusive Spin Milled technology and the texture of the face guarantee more effects (up to 200 rpm on average) with more control and regularity of the effects.

Bounces matrix

"The bounce is your friend", Bob always said it. “Choosing a suitable bounce for your swing and playing conditions is an essential step in selecting your wedges. A bounce avoids digging too deep into the ground or sand, which improves sensations and control of the blows. "

The Vokey SM6 became the most used wedge model on the PGA Tour from its first appearance at the Shriners Hospital for Children Open last October with a total of 74 new SM6s immediately played on the course. The SM6 has since remained the # 1 model over the weeks, including a total of 110 wedges used during the recent Sony Open in Hawaii. World No.1 Jordan Spieth started his new season with four SM6s in his bag and he won the Hyundai Tournament of Champions with an eight-stroke lead for a total score of -30. He had used them for the first time in November during the WGC-HSBC Champions event. In addition to Spieth, the SM6 models are in the bags of more than 45 players on the PGA Tour including Jimmy Walker, Jason Dufner, Adam Scott, Bill Haas and Webb Simpson. The French Alexander Levy and Grégory Bourdy also adopted it.
