At 31, Max Homa has won his fourth victory on the PGA Tour. He won two strokes ahead of Matt Fitzpatrick, Cameron Young and Keegan Bradley, and lifted the Wells Fargo Championship trophy for the second time. Paul Barjon finishes 51st.

In Potomac, for the Wells Fargo Championship, the PGA Tour crowned the American Max Homa, winner of the event in -8. The 31-year-old had already won the event in 2019 and thus becomes a double winner of this Wells Fargo Championship. He places himself behind Rory McIlroy, already three times winner of the event.

Starting two strokes behind Saturday night leader Keegan Bradley, Homa was able to turn the tide by returning a last card of 68 (-2), while Bradley played over par with a 72 (+2).

Thanks to this victory, Max Homa obtains his best career world ranking with a 29th place.

Keegan Bradley finally finished second alongside Matt Fitzpatrick and Cameron Young. We find two shots behind this trio, in fifth position, the three-time winner of the event Rory McIlroy. He gives cards of 67-73-68-68 during his week for a total of -4. He signs his first top 5 of the year on the PGA Tour without counting his second place at the Masters.

Paul Barjon, the only Frenchman entered in this event, ranked third after the first round thanks to a card of 65 (-5). The rest of his tournament was unfortunately not up to this first round, he finished in 51st place. He makes cards of 65-74-76-73.
