The 2021 and 2023 competitions will be held on previously announced dates and locations in Ohio and Spain, respectively, with back-to-back matches in 2023 and 2024.

The Solheim Cup committee approved the switch to even-numbered years after the announcement of the Ryder Cup's switch to an odd-year schedule, following the postponement of the 2020 competition due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The exact dates and location of the Solheim Cup 2024, to be held in the United States, will be announced in the future.

"With the world sporting calendar changing so much due to the current difficulties, we felt it was in the best interest of the Solheim Cup to go back to an off-year rotation with the Ryder Cup."said Dennis Baggett, executive director of the Solheim Cup. . " When competition returns to the United States in 2024, I am confident that fans will have an incredible opportunity to celebrate the best female golfers from the United States and Europe who represent their homeland. "

The 2021 Solheim Cup takes place September 4-6 at the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio. US captain Pat Hurst, along with assistant captains Angela Stanford and Michelle Wie West (a third assistant captain to be appointed in 2021), will lead America's top players as they seek to reclaim the coveted Solheim Cup trophy at home . Europe will again be led by Captain Catriona Matthew, with Vice-Captains Laura Davies, Kathryn Imrie and Suzann Pettersen by his side. Pettersen ended his playing career on a high note at the Solheim Cup 2019 in Gleneagles, Scotland, scoring the winning point in the final putt of the final match and announcing his retirement at the press conference following Team Europe's victory.

The Solheim Cup 2023 will take place from September 22-24 at the Finca Cortesin in Andalusia, Spain. A week later, the Ryder Cup will be held in Italy, providing European sports fans with a rare spectacle of two weeks of competition and patriotic fervor.

With a full week of action slated for the 2021 Solheim Cup, fans can purchase various ticket and hospitality packages to enjoy each activity in Toledo at the Inverness Club. The Solheim Pavilion is new in 2021, which will give ticket holders a 300-degree view of the surrounding holes, enhanced food and drink options and much more.
