Six years after the start of their relationship, the couple that Tiger Woods formed with Erica Herman ended a few months ago but it seems that things have deteriorated since then.

A total of four complaints were filed. Two in Herman's name and two in Woods' name.

Without going into too much detail about a case that concerns Tiger Woods' private sphere, Herman accuses the player of having "trapped" her by asking her to take a few days off and then telling her that she was no longer welcome to his property in Jupiter, Florida.

According to Erica Herman, this one would not have paid rent during the six weeks of common life in the house, but that she would have rendered "precious services" to Tiger. In addition, the young woman assures that no written contract authorized her to stay in the house, but "an oral rental contract" assured her of being able to "live five more years in the property in the event of separation".

While he would have redoubled his imagination to prevent his ex-girlfriend from being able to return home (and therefore kicked her out), Tiger Woods owes Erica Herman more than 30 million dollars in damages. At least, that's what she asks of him.

In addition, Herman assures that $40 in cash that she had lent to the golfer was not returned to her.

Charges opposed by the lawyers and advisers of Tiger Woods, as well as the golfer himself.

However, his lawsuit does not report any such allegation.

According to her lawyers, Ms Herman “does not currently know what other information about her own life she can discuss, or with whom”.

Ms Herman has been seen regularly alongside Mr Woods over the past six years, including when he was recovering from a serious car accident which was initially feared could end his golfing career.
