A yoga rally for a good cause

Created in 2014 by Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, Les Yogis du Cœur offers a new united meeting around Yoga. A collective practice placed under the sign of sharing and well-being in an exceptional place. After two editions at the orangery of the Château de Versailles, the Association is taking over the Nave of the Grand Palais for a universal session dedicated to children in a zen & united atmosphere.

The 1 hour collective yoga session will be led by a group of volunteer teachers and will include breathing exercises, a dynamic sequence of traditional yoga postures and a relaxation session. All in a spirit of generosity and with a smile! The session is accessible to all. Including beginners and children.

For the association's 20th anniversary, Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque wishes to bring together 2000 participants.

The Grand Palais, an exceptional place

Located in the heart of Paris, the Grand Palais is the emblematic monument of the Réunion des Musées Nationaux - Grand Palais, which graciously provides the place for the occasion. Built for the Universal Exhibition of 1900 and consecrated "by the Republic to the glory of French art", it was classified as a historical monument in 2000. The 77 m² building, known for its large luminous glass roof and its imposing metal frame, regularly hosts major events and exhibitions. A dream place for Yogis of the Heart.

Rates and conditions of Participation Challenge

• Adult rates.

  • 55 €: Yoga session + Nature & Découvertes cork yoga mat (YUJ organic cotton collector t-shirt offered)
• Mini yogi rate:
  • € 15 for 6-12 year olds

100% of the funds donated to the association for the operation of children with heart defects

• 10 a.m .: Doors open, welcome
• 11 am sharp: start of the 1 hour yoga session open to all (beginners welcome)
