Les Woods at the PNC Championship
Tiger and Charlie Woods will be present for the PNC Championship. The Woods made us dream last year, finishing 7th. Many remember Charlie's sublime woodblock 5 signing an eagle. It is the first time that Tiger Woods will take the start of a tournament since his car accident last February.
After seeing Tiger Woods hitting the driving range during the Hero World Challenge, rumors were circulating about a possible participation in the PNC Championship with his son Charlie.
Tiger Woods announced on social networks that he will be present in Orlando for the PNC Championship. It is a first step for the fifteen times winner in major, to find the fairways of a tournament. This tournament is played in doubles, a pair made up of a PGA Tour player and most often a family member. The event is played over two rounds in a scramble, a formula that allows you to score very low. The title holders are Justin Thomas and Mike Thomas who had played -25 over two rounds. It will take place this weekend in Orlando, Florida.

After a few appearances during tournaments in which his son participated, or during the Hero World Challenge, the Tiger will resume competition slowly during this doubles tournament, nearly ten months after his accident. We hope to quickly see Woods in full, whether on the fairways of the Augusta National or during the 150th British Open being played in St Andrews.
Although it's been a long and challenging year, I am very excited to close it out by competing in the @PNCchampionship with my son Charlie. I'm playing as a Dad and couldn't be more excited and proud.
