At the helm, a remarkable duo of Chefs: Chef Arnaud Faye, two Michelin stars at the Chèvre d'Or, and Italian Chef Cecilia Moro, used to great tables and previously Chef of the restaurant La Porta di Bologna in Bologna.

From their meeting, a cuisine is born with new agreements inspired by the Italian terroir and the most authentic flavors. So many creative proposals that are sure to delight gourmets and gourmettes.

Unconditional on the menu, the risotto and its variations on thorny artichokes, capers and coffee shakes up the classics. Piedmontese cappelletti are cooked in Stagioni with a Parmesan broth.
