The Maîtres Restaurateurs are the official ambassadors of home-made products in France. Today, there are more than 3 Chefs offering traditional quality cuisine recognized by the State. All of them have in common that they compose their menus according to the seasons, renewed with local recipes using fresh produce.

Among them, the emblematic Chef Philippe ETCHEBEST, an active member of the Maîtres Restaurateurs in the chic and contemporary Bordeaux Brasserie “Le Quatrième Mur”. Last year, he chaired the final of the “Jeunes Talents Maîtres Restaurateurs” competition. With the requirement that he is known behind the stoves and in his TV shows, this virtuoso godfather was also attentive to the performances of these apprentices and future cooks.
