Tim Hannig - Director, Jaguar Land Rover Classic, comments: “Range Rover Reborn showcases our internal expertise in the restaurant business. This program underscores our commitment to developing the rich history of Land Rover and offering our customers the chance to own a rare and emblematic collector vehicle. What better way to preserve the highly sought-after Range Rover 2-door from the 70s with its original body colors, interior trim and period accessories. "

The Range Rover was launched in 1970 in a 2-door configuration only, until the arrival of a 4-door factory version in 1981. It remained popular until the end of its production in 1996. In fact, its popularity was such that it continued to be produced in parallel with the second generation for almost two years, under the name Range Rover Classic to distinguish it from its successor.

Considered by many to be the originator of the SUV segment, the Range Rover has undoubtedly defined the luxury 4 × 4 vehicle. It has been the vehicle of choice for many members of the royal family, as well as politicians and stars around the world. It has preserved its status as the “supreme SUV” to this day and set a number of firsts and records throughout its remarkable history. In the 70s, the Range Rover was the first vehicle to be exhibited at the Louvre in Paris as an “exemplary model of industrial design”.
