Certified GEO® (Golf Environnement Organisation), ranked 10th of the best golf resorts in the world, and elected Best golf resort in continental Europe by Golf World UK magazine, since 2016, Terre Blanche Golf has two 18-hole courses among the most prestigious in Europe. Namely the "Riou" (6 meters), private course reserved for members of Terre Blanche Golf and hotel guests, and the "Château" (005 meters), accessible to outside players, both offering landscapes hilly areas and magnificent lakes in a natural environment where the protection of biodiversity remains paramount. In addition, there is the Albatros Golf Performance Center, which houses the Terre Blanche Golf Academy under the responsibility of Head pro Vincent Jouhaud, the Biomecaswing Center, directed by Jean-Jacques Rivet, as well as a sports hall.

The Albatros Golf Performance Center now has 11 mats equipped with Toptracer Range. Golfers, whether beginners or experienced, will be able to train in a fun and personalized way but also take part in various competitions (driving competitions, precision competitions, etc.). Players can, thanks to a specific application, record their performances and results on their smartphone and share them within an international community on social networks. The experience can also be extended by playing virtually on the best courses in the world, from St Andrews to Pebble Beach, via Terre Blanche, whose “Le Château” course will be the only course in continental Europe to be referenced.

The right approach

In addition to the Toptracer Range, there are also 4 Wellputt mats accompanied by a Big Tilt tilting platform which are appearing on 55 m2 indoors within the Terre Blanche Golf Academy. The opportunity for any golfer profile to improve their putting technique thanks to the Capto software and a range of exercises and other challenges to take up. And this, whatever the weather conditions. In practice, the BigTilt application allows you to analyze your technique and make very precise fittings, in order to check that your equipment is perfectly adapted to your gesture. This technology, used by professional players such as Edouardo Molinari, Francesco Laporta or Joost Luiten, is currently only found in five golf clubs in France.

Swing optimization: Force platforms, motion capture, high-speed camera… these technological tools, accessible to golfers, are brought together in the Biomecaswing center at Terre Blanche. These devices make it possible to analyze posture, balance, movement, intensity of each gesture, with a view to refining them, correcting them, improving them and, thus, optimizing their game.

The culture of made-to-measure

Alongside the greens, the Terre Blanche Proshop and its Taylor Made showroom offer a club rental, repair and maintenance service. Custom equipment can also be designed in situ, thanks to the TrackMan® and Capto systems.

The art of receiving

At the end of a round or a training session at Terre Blanche, golfers meet at the Club House for a moment of relaxation and conviviality. An ideal stopover for a drink at the bar or lunch on the terrace of the "Les Caroubiers" restaurant, with a breathtaking view of the golf course.
