LACOSTE, historical partner of the tournament for more than 40 years, offers a textile line every year in collaboration with Roland Garros. This new co-branded capsule pays tribute to René Lacoste, five-time winner of the singles and doubles tournament and celebrates the timeless elegance of the tennis champions of the 20s. Impressed by a subtly retro spirit, this collection mixes the iconic little jersey LACOSTE in jersey in shades of navy, white, gray and turquoise for graphic, functional and comfortable looks.

Inspired by the white lines of a tennis court, the graphics are strong: Roland Garros, LACOSTE, the tournament trophy and the maxims "The main thing is that fair play remains" or "Silence please" are written in full on a background of fine stripes.

Women

The flagship piece of this feminine wardrobe is undoubtedly the gray marl fleece sweatshirt on which is written “Silence please”. A navy T-shirt with the “Roland Garros LACOSTE” print in which the silhouette of Suzanne Lenglen is drawn, or a navy polo shirt with white piping, a gray and white striped sleeveless polo shirt, a turquoise and white striped T-shirt or a polo dress striped navy and white all proudly display the Musketeers' cup and embody the spirit and elegance so characteristic of this famous tournament.

Men

The masculine looks of this collection are sleek and chic. Functional details such as the zipped tab with a contrasting heat-sealed band or a turquoise mesh lining come to dress up a white polo shirt or cut with the navy in a light windbreaker.

The silhouette of René Lacoste is revealed on a navy sweatshirt where “Silence please” is noted or on a white T-shirt while a navy polo shirt with a white border on the collar and sleeves proudly carries the trophy of tournament. A gray and white striped polo shirt and T-shirt, a white T-shirt that reads "The main thing is that fair play remains" or even a navy cap complete this masculine wardrobe.

The Roland Garros line of leather goods incorporates the codes and tones of the ready-to-wear collection. A shopping bag and a wallet are developed in turquoise blue coated canvas with an XXL "little dive" effect on which the crocodile and the tournament logo are affixed. A badge marked with the famous maxim of René Lacoste "The essential is that fair play remains" adorns the handle of the shopping bag. Other models: a backpack in navy cotton canvas with white piping is printed with the tournament trophy while a matching kit repeats the quote from the tennis champion.

Kids

For budding winners, the Roland Garros children's collection includes two emblematic pieces for seniors: a turquoise and white striped T-shirt or a polo shirt, both printed with the tournament cup.

The co-branded collection will be available in LACOSTE stores from May 15, 2016 and will be sold at Roland Garros during the tournament.
