Thanks to a last round in 69 (-3), it is the Englishwoman Liz Young who wins this VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open. She is ahead of Sweden's Linn Grant and her English compatriot Rosie Davies. Charlotte Liautier and Anne-Lise Caudal unfortunately failed to keep pace with the leaders: they finished 7th and 11th respectively in this event in Switzerland.

The players of the Ladies European Tour took part this week in the Swiss Bank Ladies Open on the Golfpark Holzhäusern course. Thanks to a last lap in 69 (-3), it was the leader at the start of the last lap, Liz Young, who won. With her four birdies for a single bogey, she is slightly ahead of Sweden's Linn Grant. Rosie Davies completes the podium of this VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open. This is Liz Young's first victory on the Ladies European Tour.

Two French women were in the game after two laps but unfortunately failed to hold on to the pace set by the leaders.

Charlotte Liautier, however, started her tour in the best possible way with three birdies on her first five holes, even being installed in the leader's chair. The middle game was more complicated with two bogeys on holes 8 and 10, then two bogeys on holes 15 and 16. The young French player plays in par for this last round and ends her tournament in seventh place with a score of -8.

Anne-Lise Caudal plays a shot over par during the last day. Her card of 73 made her lose some place in the standings, she finished 11th in this tournament in Switzerland.
