The jury for the European Car of the Year Trophy includes 60 automotive journalists from 23 countries, and this prize rewards technical innovation, design, performance, energy efficiency as well as value for money.

“The fact that our first electric vehicle is also the first Jaguar to be awarded the European Car of the Year trophy fills us with pride. I-PACE was entirely designed and engineered in the UK, going from concept to reality in just four years. It is our most technologically advanced vehicle to date, and we believe it redefines the rules of the game. Winning the European Car of the Year Trophy is a strong recognition of the work our world-class team have put in. "

Teacher. Dr. Ralf Speth
Chief Executive Officer, Jaguar Land Rover

Designed and built in the UK, the Jaguar I-PACE is a real commercial success, with more than 8000 deliveries made to date - 75% of them in Europe.

On the road, the I-PACE is unmatched. It is designed to make the most of its electric motor and its tailor-made aluminum architecture, in order to combine the performance of a sports car with the functionality of an SUV.

Charging the batteries is made easy with Jaguar's public charging service, accessible through a dedicated app or RFID transponder. Thanks to tailor-made charging packages, combined in a monthly invoice, the service allows I-PACE drivers to access more than 85000 charging stations across Europe.

The I-PACE has received 54 international awards since its launch a year ago, including German Car of the Year, Norwegian Car of the Year, British Car of the Year, Electric Car of of the Year by BBC TopGear, the Green Car of the Year award in China as well as the ECOBEST Award at the Autobest ceremony.
