Of course, the Ladies First Club will also offer a series of additional social opportunities, including invitations to social matinees with activities like Pilates, yoga, bridge and other social and wellness activities. All registrants will also receive discounts at restaurants and stores at all three golf clubs and have access to discounted full membership options upon completion of the program.

Maha Haddioui is the first and only Arab golfer to have participated in the Ladies European Tour to date. She will participate in the two Saudi events next month.

She said: “Any means of making it easier for women to participate in golf has my support - and the program that Golf Saudi has created with the Ladies First Club is a fantastic idea. In my experience, there is no better way to open the sport to new female golfers than to make it fun, inclusive and social. This initiative is all of that. "

Amateur golfer Sara Salhab, 27, regularly plays golf with friends at Dirab Golf Club, having been involved in the sport since her childhood.

She said: “The Ladies First Club is a great idea because it creates a platform to take women's golf to the next level, providing the professional help needed and creating a community that will allow players to thrive, so I think it's great. "

“Golf is a really great sport that works both your mind and your body - and you're out in the green, which is great, especially here. I really like this sport. More women should play because it's so healthy, you can be outdoors and it's a social activity which - with the Ladies First Club - is more accessible than ever. "

The Ladies First Club will officially launch during the preparation week for the Aramco Saudi Ladies International tournament presented by the Public Investment Fund, which runs from November 12 to 15 - two days before the Saudi Ladies Team International, which will see teams from four golfers compete against each other for a share of the $ 500 endowment, November 000-17.
