Kia Classic: Lydia Ko first victory, Karine Icher 54th
Lydia Ko, the current world No. 1, signs her first LPGA Tour success of the season at the Kia Classic on Sunday in Carlsbad, California.
The New Zealander finished at -19 (269), four strokes ahead of her great rival, the South Korean world number 2, Inbee Park. Japanese Ai miyazato finished in third position -12 (276) 3 strokes from Park.
Karine Icher, the only Frenchwoman to cross the cut has finished 54th to +1 (289) with a last card in par (72).
