Anahita was designed to host major golf competitions and has already done so by hosting the Mauritius Open twice including the European, South African and Asian tour. Congratulations to the players for their performance and the spirit of fair play and friendship that has prevailed between the teams since the start of the competition. Golf is one of the sports in Mauritius with the best infrastructure thanks to its weight in our tourist offer. We must seize this opportunity to not only develop golf tourism in the Indian Ocean but promote sport in general and encourage the development of an elite that can reach the level of international tours such as the Sunshine Tour for example. »
