Céline Herbin, the only Frenchwoman in the cut (12th) after 36 holes of the ISPS Handa World Invitational, continues her momentum with a solid 69 (-3). On the men's side, Adrien Saddier is 16th in this tournament bringing together players from the European Tour and players from the LET and LPGA circuits.

From Massereene, Northern Ireland, Celine Herbin was solid in all areas of the game, touching 10 fairways out of 14 and 16 greens in regulation, despite a less efficient putting than his long game preventing him from scoring lower.
The Normande still posted two birdies and an eagle at 6, against a single bogey at 11. At the gates of the top 10, the LPGA player, the only tricolor to cross the cut is now in 12th position thanks to a very good 69 ( -3) allowing him to take a few places on the leaderboard.

The Frenchwoman remains eight strokes behind the leading American (-13) who after an excellent 65 (-7) returns the card of the day after 36 holes for men and women combined.

The cut, which fell in the overall, got the better of the eight other French women for whom the adventure of this ISPS Handa World Invitational ended prematurely.

Tournament

Crossing a new stage, by including for the first time the players of the LPGA Tour, the LET and the players of the European Tour, the event of the ISPS Handa World Invitational finds this week its unique mixed character in the Northern hemisphere, in the image of the Victorian Open in Australia.

The event is endowed with $ 2,35 million, split equally between men and women, with winnings counting towards respective orders of merit and Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup points at stake on both sides.
