Tamarina Golf

Co-created by the Swing agency (specialized in advice and organization of golf events) and Sun Resorts (upscale hotel group in the Indian Ocean), and sponsored by the Grand Michelin-starred chef Jean-Pierre Vigato , the 7th GOLF & GOURMET TROPHY returns to its original dates, from March 18 to 28, 2022 in Mauritius.

On the program, a 10-night stay supervised by Christophe Ravetto (ex-player on the European circuit) with 4 days of double-handed competition on the golf courses of Anahita, Ile aux Cerfs and Tamarina.
The program for this 7th edition has also been slightly modified and improved for more comfort and conviviality during your stay.

The doubles competition now has 4 team rounds (compared to 3 previously) with 2 days in 4-ball and 2 days in sramble:

• Anahita Golf
  Designed by Ernie Els, Golf d'Anahita is an 72-hole, 18-meter par 6 course offering generous fairways and five teeing areas. Six breathtaking holes facing the ocean culminate in a final blow that is among the most spectacular in the world.
• Ile aux Cerfs golf course
  The Île aux Cerfs golf course is 30 minutes from the Long Beach Hotel, on the prestigious and paradisiacal Île aux Cerfs. Designed by Bernhard Langer, German champion who needs no introduction and golf architect, this course is considered one of the “10 most beautiful in the world” according to Golf World Magazine.
• Tamarina Golf
  This 18-hole championship course, Par 72, designed by the architect Rodney Wright, combines technicality and spectacular natural scenery, with superb views of the Rempart mountain and Tamarin Bay.

In the magnificent settings of the Long Beach 5* and Sugar Beach 5* hotels, the concept of this exceptional trip is to combine golf, conviviality and gastronomy.
A gastronomic formula will thus be offered with all dinners, a lunch on the exclusive Flibustiers beach on Ile aux Cerfs, a day on a catamaran with lobster lunch, course snacks, a cooking demonstration followed by a tasting lunch and a gala dinner prepared by Jean-Pierre Vigato during the awards ceremony.
