“For the past few years, our hotel, Le Hyatt Paris Madeleine, has been very committed to the zero waste approach. We seek to adopt this culture in our various popular actions such as Saint-Augustin soup every week or our new collaboration with Secours Populaire.

This collaboration with Refettorio, allows us to give a little of our time and our know-how to offer the most disadvantaged a warm and friendly moment while transforming ingredients from surplus food - which would otherwise be wasted - into delicious dishes . "

Chef Simon Havage will work at Refettorio, an associative restaurant located in the foyer of the Madeleine. The idea of this project is to serve meals in the evening to the most deprived, it is both a charitable and cultural project in order to fight against waste for the benefit of solidarity.

The dishes will be made at the last minute following the unsold items of the day.
