Thanks to 15 birdies for a bogey on her last two laps, it is the Scottish Gemma Dryburgh who wins this Toto Japan Classic. She reigned supreme at the Seta Golf Course in Shiga, Japan, to win four strokes ahead of local Kana Nagai. At the age of 29, she won her first victory on the LPGA Tour. Linn Grant, author of a nice weekend with two cards of 67 (-5), completes the podium at -15.

The Japanese on home soil unfortunately missed the opportunity to lift the trophy. They are however seven to rank in the top 10 of the event, among them therefore the runner-up of Gemma Dryburgh, Kana Nagai, but we also find in fifth position Ayaka Furue, former player of the world top 15.

Pauline Roussin-Bouchard, the only tricolor entered this week, ends this Toto Japan Classic in 22nd position. The young Frenchman had a great last day in 68 (-4) despite a lack of success on her face-offs with only 29% of fairways hit! Roussin-Bouchard was able to correct the shot thanks to good iron shots and solid putting: 30 putts on his last round and 16 greens in regulation.
